Divine and Healthy Smiles – Society for Dental Health Care and Research is a registered, non-profit organization based in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, dedicated to advancing oral and dental health through high‑quality research, education, and patient care. We bring together clinicians, molecular biologists, and bioinformaticians to bridge the gap between basic biomedical science and day‑to‑day dental practice.
Our society is committed to establishing state‑of‑the‑art biomedical research laboratories in dentistry, with a special focus on the diagnosis, etiopathogenesis, and treatment of oral and dental diseases. We undertake funded and non‑funded research projects at the national and international level, and provide consultancy services to government and non‑government organizations in the area of dental research.
We actively design and execute projects on the development of new dental materials, devices, and equipment, as well as observational, experimental, clinical, and epidemiologic studies in oral health. These projects are carried out independently and in collaboration with government agencies, academic institutions, NGOs, and international research partners. Our team includes eligible researchers and specialist clinicians who work together to translate laboratory findings into clinically meaningful outcomes.
Data is central to our mission. We collect, analyze, and publish data, statistics, and evidence related to all disciplines of dentistry, and disseminate this knowledge through scientific articles, reports, and educational materials. We also organize and participate in conferences, seminars, workshops, and exhibitions to promote dental research and foster collaboration within the scientific and clinical community.
As part of our outreach and service mandate, we establish and run non‑profit dental health care centers and clinics to provide accessible, evidence‑based dental treatment to the public. We organize dental check‑up camps, oral cancer screening camps, and community awareness programs, with a strong emphasis on tobacco cessation and rehabilitation of patients with oral potentially malignant disorders and oral cancer.
To support lifelong learning and scientific communication, we aim to develop libraries, reading rooms, and publishing platforms for books, journals, magazines, and digital resources in dentistry and oral health research. Our long‑term vision is to emerge as a nationally and globally recognized centre of excellence in dental research and oral health promotion, contributing to improved quality of life for communities we serve.
